These workshops are available as one-on-one or small group sessions.

I know how creating makes me feel especially when i find it hard to express in words. It’s a release, it’s self expression and it just helps! Sometimes we don’t know exactly what’s up or we just need to have a break from our daily life and focus on something different for a few hours.
