Time doesn't stop....everything keeps going

This last week has been very big for our family, our dear beautiful father died last Friday night unexpectedly. I wanted to share this with you as I feel it is an important addition to My LOVE Letters to you all. After our Father died I placed my hand on his heart, his body was still warm but the warmth was slowly subsiding leaving just his shell. I looked down at his watch on his wrist and the second hand kept moving. A sign that time doesn't stop even when your world has been turned upside down. I have been walking up this hill mornings and evenings since Dad died watching the sun rise and set, dancing it's daily ritual.The biggest LOVE to you all today and maybe take sometime to sit, observe the beauty around you and just be.LOVE Steph Xxxxx
