Love letter for a Wednesday....faith over fear. ❣

This morning i was blest enough to go for a walk, i don't take this for granted and know i am very blest to have the space to do so.

One of the most incredible scenes lifted my eyes to the sky. Two beautiful eagles soared through the sky above me, tilting their wing span to received the wind from beneath, carrying them across the skies above. A saying came to my mind, "Faith over Fear". I don't know why this happened but i am a big believer in signs. There is so much fear in the world at the moment and rightly so. Fear cripples us and creates enormous anxiety. I am very worried about the Wellbeing of all at the moment. We cannot live on fear, it doesn't sustain us but faith does. Having faith brings hope. Having faith gives us a reason to look after ourselves and others. Having faith is knowing not all the answers but knowing we can do our best. Having faith is handing our fears, anxieties and worries over to the universe, God or to any higher power you belive in. Having faith is about us letting go and trusting.

I loved that there were two eagles. Again i found this symbolic. We cannot do this alone, we need eachother to carry us on this journey. These beautiful powerful eagles flew in their own direction and at a distance but were carried by the same wind. We are all in this together and we can help others and we can help ourselves. Our Wellbeing is our own responsibility and we just need to do our best in these times. We have a certain amount of control over what we eat, drink, how we move our bodies and who we chat to. Make good choices here because our bodies and minds are our home and one we need to nurture.
